New Hobby, Skateboarding

Hi, nice to see you again!!

 Today is Sunday, and tomorrow is Monday…weekdays starts again!! Study hard, baby~

However, I haven’t enjoyed my weekend. You know, if you don’t have a car in Riverside, there are only few things we can do, so you can guess the reason why I haven’t enjoyed.

Actually, I made new hobby in the U.S. you know, I really love photography, but it is hard to develop film in the U.S., so I made it.

 It is skateboarding. Yeah, sounds great, huh? I bought a skateboard on the beginning of last quarter. Then, I practiced it everyday because I really wanted to ride it without any mistake.

 Finally, I could ride it really well, but it was not enough for me. You know, on TV, movie, or youtube, we can see many boarders’ videos. Wow…it’s awesome!! They can go anywhere, jump anywhere….they look like free, nobody borders them. I really wanted to ride like them.

 I watched armatures’ trick tips on the Internet, and I did image-training, and then I practiced some tips at the parking lot which is next to the extension center. Sometimes, I practiced it with my friend, Ryo. He was also a starter of skateboarding, so we could practice same tricks. Also, another Japanese friend who can play it much better than us taught how to do tricks a few times.

Our tricks were being better and better, our shoes were being worse and worse. Then, my canvas shoes couldn’t stand any more. A hole was made on the right side of my right shoe. Moreover, my right foot skin which could be looked by a hole turned to red. Oh…it means that I scratched the board by my foot without any protect covers because my right sock also had a hole on the same place. I bought a new boarder shoes which can stand longer than normal shoes. Then I practiced it again and again.

After the last quarter was finished, it became really hot. In addition, I was traveling another city for a week. I was really tired, and the weather was crazy hot. It was impossible to practice, so I didn’t practice it. Actually, I haven’t practiced it since the last quarter was finished. Yeah…I tried to play tricks several days ago, and….I couldn’t do tricks which I had played very well a few months ago. However, who am I?! I was trying to doing tricks and I finally did them. It was hard to recovery my skills.

Anyway, I think that I am writing over four hundreds words. Did you guys finish our homework?? If you don’t, finish it and let’s meet tomorrow morning with a happy face, not a sleepy face.
