Say good bye my roommate Marina!

These days, 4 weeks course ended, so many students went to their country and other cities. My one of the roommates is Marina Japanese girl. She would go to Oceanside to study in college. We had already known she would go out at Sunday morning. I thought we had an enough time to say good bye. But at Saturday morning, when she came in our room, she told me crying “I have to go to Oceanside 1 hour later.” I was very surprised! Because we didn’t prepare anything!

Actually, Marina and Sharie were my first roommates in my life, but we were not very familiar with us at first. Because we needed to get an enough time to adapt our new environment and talked to each other difficulty. Therefore, we had a much time to close to together. We used to play with another dormitory students ( Eric, Charley and Evan) in room, so we could share our story and had a great time! I couldn’t forget that day. We talked about shopping, handsome guys and so on. Marina is younger than me, so I wanted to care about her because I felt like my sister. We couldn’t talk to each other much times because of English …… anyway, I was so sad I couldn’t prepare anything. I was crying a little. After she left, I gave small letter to her. I didn’t want her to forget us and UCR life! We took some picture together. These were the first things. I regretted that we didn’t take a picture until now.  Whenever I saw my dormitory room, it was so strange because it was bigger and more silently than before. I want Marina to take care and meet new good roommate. I will miss Marina !!
