By Hanan Alqahtani

Today I will talk about visiting my uncle mazen to us. He is 22 years old, and he is a student at King Faisal University and his major is engineering. He came Friday afternoon to LA. kareem and me went to the LA airport to take him. I had not seen him for about 6 month. When we took mazen from the airport, we went to Santa Monika. We enjoyed our time there for about three hours, but we were fasting, so we waited until evening than we went to In-N-Out restaurant. We order burger and french-fries. The food was so so yummy and mazen like it. After that, we went back to home and we were too tired, and mazen was the most tired one. You know he just come from Saudi Arabia and it was a long trip about 16 hour.

The second day we walk up at 6 morning because we have an ILets test. Then we went to San Diageo but it was far away. We arrived there about 8 o’clock. We entered the test and mazen stayed outside waiting for us because the test take about five our. While he was waiting he went to the sea because it was near to the building that we took the exam in. He likes to take photos, so he took many photos. For example, he took pictures for the sea and for a big ship. At about 2 o’clock, we got out from the test than we went back again to the sea, but this time together. We saw a man who holds the oven by his mouth. After that, we went to a cupcake shop and we bought some cupcake and coca not ice tea. After that we went to eat lunch in BJs restaurant.

Then we went to Lahola beach. We enjoyed our time there, and mazen took a lot of pictures of the beach and the people there. We saw a wedding there and he took a pictures there. When the sun set, we went back to home. It was a nice trip and we enjoyed it.

The third day we walk up at 12 noon than we went to Tyler Mall because the mall next to us not far away from home. It was too hot, and we were fasting. The mall was too busy because it was Saturday and all the people were outside. We found a lot of people from the UCR. We buy a lot of things from there. Then we went back to home. Then I cooked the dinner for them. I cooked pasta, spaghetti, ceasor salad and adas soup and that is all our story.
