Exercise at Morning

With starting this quarter, I signed up the gym in the campus
I always went to there for working out and exercise at 2:40 p.m.
But, you know what? It's too hot to go there, so I was really being annoying during the way

It made me do not want to go gym at afternoon.....
but what can I do?? I already paid for the gym, so I changed the plan.
It is the plan that go to the gym at 6:00 a.m.
because, at morning, it's not hot, it's a little bit cool~

Also, if I exercise at morning, it can reduce stress of a day, I may start a day with fresh feeling.
In addition, it can help the blood circulation in our body and make basal metabolism increase, so we can change our body type.
Then, if we exercise before having breakfast, we can use 100% calorie and fat faster then other time.

According to them, I decided to exercise at morning every weekdays because, on weekend, the gym opened at 12:00 p.m.

Anyway, even though it is not at morning, do exercise guys anytime you can,
it can be change your day and life.
